We want you to love your Megan Moroney merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition tour items and digital downloads are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
